As the institution remains on strict lockdown level 3 mode, students (including prospective first-year students and their guardians) are urged not to travel to campuses for face-to-face assistance from staff. This is to avoid large crowds and respect the national protocol of no gatherings during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, CPUT will only be accepting online registrations and queries for the 2021 academic year.

CPUT receives in the region of 100 000 applications for study every year so it is understandable that this is a high volume period for enquiries. Students and members of the public are asked to please be patient as we process registrations, queries and late applications. We assure you that your request will be dealt with as soon as possible.
Returning students will receive update notifications via SMS or email from their faculty with any updates.
