Research funding boost

CPUT has received a welcome boost in research funding, which will ensure that researcher have access to a broad range of funding choices

CPUT has joined over 300 institutions globally who have affirmed their support to the ideals of the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Sciences and Humanities after Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Prins Nevhutalu, signed the declaration recently.

Two academics from CPUT are members of the recently established forum for South African postgraduate support schools, PostgradForumSA.

The Chemistry Department on the Cape Town Campus recently became the proud owners of a sought after device – a Differential Scanning Calorimeter.
