Wellness programmes

Various wellness activities and programmes are hosted on campus throughout the year, to bring awareness to- and develop healthy perspectives on general mental health and wellbeing. Wellness workshops for class groups can be requested and booked through the relevant campus administrator.

The Wellness Wheel provides insight into activities that help in enhancing your physical, intellectual, spiritual, financial, social, emotional, occupational and environmental wellness.  Each dimension is interrelated and the development of each dimension can promote wellbeing and health. We recognise that students who develop holistically usually thrive and feel better equipped to manage their lives.
