Classes to commence on Tuesday

Normal university activities are expected to resume on Tuesday, 11 October. Classes remain suspended tomorrow (Monday, 10 October) but all students should return to classes on Tuesday.

We are aware that many staff members are concerned about whether they should report for duty tomorrow. The Council Exco is meeting this evening and a determination on the way forward as well as staff reporting for work is expected to be made in that meeting. The meeting should conclude at around 7pm and the outcome will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
