Classes remain suspended

Based on ongoing security assessments taking place across all campuses, a decision has been made to keep classes suspended for Wednesday October 5 only.

As a result of more frequent protest disruptions a decision has been taken to suspend all classes for the remainder of today and tomorrow. Further information on the continuation of the academic programme will be available later tomorrow after an evaluation of the current safety and security situation has been done. The class suspension includes part-time lectures. All staff are expected to report for duty as usual since the University is not closed.
