Students raise funds for orphanage

PUBLIC GOOD: Industrial Engineering student Simamkele Mpahla is leading a team of students to raise funds for a children’s home in Mfuleni

A CPUT Industrial Engineering student is demonstrating his leadership qualities and strong commitment to community upliftment by raising donations for an orphanage for abandoned and HIV-infected children.

DONATION: Office Management and Technology students hand-over a cheque to the value of R55 600, to Ronnis Daniels form the Red Cross Children’s Hospital Trust

First-year Office Management and Technology students overdid themselves this year by donating R55 600 to the Red Cross Children’s Hospital Trust (RCCHT).
