CPUT Elders share their knowledge

It is only by reflecting on the past that Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) can fulfill its true potential, this was the basis for a meeting between Vice-Chancellor Dr Chris Nhlapo and a few of his predecessors.

CPUT students continue to benefit from the provincial government’s Masakh’iSizwe Bursary Programme which aims to address the skills shortage in the fields of transport, engineering and the built environment.

Just what is in your water?

World Environment Day is not just about oceans, it’s about everything to do with the environment, whether it is water or the food that we grow or the soil or the air. Anything that affects the environment.

A group of nurses have benefited from visual acuity training recently provided by CPUT’s Ophthalmic Sciences Department.

CPUT recently hosted a successful workshop for South African and German researchers who are collaborating on three bilateral research projects.

Trainees of the ||Kabbo Academy based at !Khwa ttu, a San education and culture centre near Yzerfontein, were in high spirits recently when they celebrated their graduation.

In the year that the Hospital Welfare and Muslim Education Movement (HWMEM) celebrates its 75th anniversary, it again generously supported 35 CPUT students in their endeavours for further learning.
