At your service

HELPFUL: Friendly call centre staff are ready to help with any queries you may have.

IT’S just over a month old but CPUT’s call centre has already fielded thousands of phone calls and assisted many more people.

Manned by well trained students the call centre is able to direct your call to anyone within the huge CPUT community.

Call Centre supervisor Damian Ghansar says these days the majority of calls are from prospective students enquiring about their application status.

The problem can be solved in a quick phone call and the agents are able to track your application online.

“We have been getting a lot of positive feedback from callers and the majority of them get the information they need,” he says.

“We are here to help.”

If you are a returning student and need to register use the link on the bottom right of the  homepage to access your details but if you get stuck Ghansar and his team can assist.

Have either your ID or student number to hand in order to be helped quickly.

The call centre is open between 7:30am and 5pm and is available at 021 959 6767.
